The Investors' Roundtable (16-17 March 2006) and the Executive Workshop (17 March 2006) are parallel events addressing differing needs of the private equity community. 

Investors' Roundtable

The Roundtables are characterised by their frank and open discussions between global and domestic investors, as well as senior private equity fund managers.  This India Roundtable with gather the most prestigious houses of investment which are interested in an informative, interactive and educational seminar. 

This one-and-a-half day meeting will assess and discuss the challenges and dimensions of the rapidly-growing, and rapidly-changing, Indian private equity scene.

Executive Workshop

The Executive Workshop offers practical, hands-on knowledge of selected principal investment processes in private equity investing - due diligence, investment structure, valuations and exits.  Attendees are divided into groups to participate in case studies as well as class asignments.

The Executive Workshop is attended by professionals in the finance and private equity industries, from Analyst level to CEO, who wish to deepen their knowledge of fundamental private equity processes specific to Asia.
